- Multiple Device Usage:
- If a customer purchases a 2-device connection Plan and is found using the service on three devices, the account may be temporarily blocked. To reactivate the account, a fee of $20 will be applicable.
- Service Swap (App to Any Box):
- Customers wanting to swap their Application service to a Any box will be subject to a $25 Per Year (remaining Year of his subscription) fee similarly box to app.
3. Any Box Device Change to other Box:
- If a customer, initially using the service on a Any box to Application, wishes to change to another MAG box, a fee of $20 Per Year (remaining Year of his subscription) will be applicable.
4. Technical Support:
- Customers will receive service support for the duration of their subscription. Any issues faced with the application or MAG box will be addressed promptly.
5. Account Credentials:
- Upon subscription, customers will receive an email containing their login credentials. Keep this information secure to maintain the integrity of your account.
Responsibility for Account Sharing:
- Customers are solely responsible for the security of their account. Sharing login details may lead to unauthorized access, and customers will be held responsible for any misuse.
Unique Customer ID:
- Each customer will receive a unique customer ID along with their account. It is advised not to share account information with anyone.
